With a career spanning 20+ years solely focused on marketing and promoting Lake Conroe master-planned communities, real estate, and resorts, her knowledge and passion for Lake Conroe is exemplified in the multitude of real estate transactions that have her creative fingerprints on them. As a permanent resident of the Lake Conroe area for nearly 40 years, Heather intrinsically understands the unique value of lakeside real estate, and can appreciate the real joys in living, working, and playing in the beautiful Lake Conroe playground she proudly calls "home"! She has always had a passion for homes and architecture, a talent for marketing, and a love of working with people… so real estate seemed like the natural thing to do. She is known for her professionalism, integrity, and hard work, and takes pride in providing a positive experience for all parties in each transaction. She understands the importance of family and community first hand, and knows how important buying and selling your home is to your family. Heather prides herself on giving all of her clients her utmost respect and her full attention throughout the search, negotiation, and closing process. Before becoming a Realtor, Heather handled branding and marketing for Lake Conroe's premier real estate development, Bentwater on Lake Conroe, as well as multiple hotel and resort properties in the Lake Conroe area. The invaluable experience this provided created a perfect platform for combining cutting edge marketing tools with her natural gift for creative advertising. Heather is also a graduate of Texas Tech University with a bachelor's degree in marketing. She proudly volunteers as a Court Appointed Child Advocate through CASA of Montgomery County, and is the mother of a Montgomery Firefighter/EMT for which she could not be more proud! In her free time, you can find Heather enjoying time on or around Lake Conroe with her wonderful husband and two spoiled dogs, and helping her neighbors, friends, and special clients attain their home ownership dreams!
